AIblogly publishes AI model rankings, benchmark scores, prices and news. This page sets out where those figures come from and how a story reaches the site.

We state facts and name their source

Everything on the site is a figure or a statement taken from a named source. We do not publish our own scores, ratings or recommendations: an in-house 0–100 index ran here until September 2026 and was retired. Where two models are compared, the page shows the measurements side by side and does not pick one.

Where the figures come from

  • Prices, context windows and specifications come from each vendor’s own documentation. A model’s page links that documentation and shows the date it was checked, where one is recorded.
  • Rankings are LMArena Elo, read from LMArena’s published leaderboard dataset (CC-BY-4.0).
  • Benchmark scores come from Epoch AI (CC-BY) and from each benchmark’s own public leaderboard. We do not use benchmark scores a vendor reports about its own model.
  • Effort settings are part of the figure. Many models are measured at a named reasoning effort - “high”, “max” and so on. Where a figure was measured at one, the site says so beside it, and a figure from one setting is never shown as the model in general.

LMArena and Epoch AI figures are read from their datasets by an automated job, which matches each result to a model by name and effort setting. Results it cannot match are listed for a person to resolve rather than guessed.

How news is published

  • Stories are researched and drafted with the help of an automated agent, and every one is reviewed and published by a person. The agent cannot publish.
  • Each story is based on the announcement from the company it is about, and links that announcement in its text. Other outlets are cited only to corroborate it.
  • A story is dated by the announcement, not by when we wrote it. If we change a figure, a claim or the headline after publishing, the story shows the date it was updated.
  • Bylines read “AIblogly Team”.

Corrections

If a figure on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and which source to check. We check it against the source and correct the page.
