Suno v5.5 Adds Voice Cloning and Personal Custom Models

Suno released v5.5 on 26 March 2026, describing it as its most expressive model yet, alongside three features aimed at letting users encode their own musical identity.

• Voices - captures your own singing voice for use in generated songs. Suno describes it as the single most requested feature from its community. It is a verified voice-cloning feature, restricted to Pro and Premier subscribers.
• Custom models - Pro and Premier subscribers upload tracks from their own original catalogue to build a personalised version of v5.5 that reflects their sound. Up to three personalised models per account.
• My Taste - a personalisation engine, free for all users.

Voices and Custom models both involve training on a specific identifiable voice or catalogue, and both are restricted to paid, verified accounts.

Suno frames these capabilities as groundwork for a next generation of music models to be launched with the music industry later in 2026, consistent with its Warner Music Group partnership announced in November 2025.
