Kling AI outlined capabilities of its Kling 4.0 model, stating that it supports both video generation and targeted video editing for marketing projects.
According to Kling AI, the Kling 4.0 model supports video generation durations ranging from 3 to 30 seconds, and creators can use up to 10 keyframes to build marketing stories. To guide visual details and direct motion, the platform features Omni Reference, which allows users to combine up to 15 reference assets, including images, videos, elements, and voice references.
Kling AI says users uploading reference videos can draw on narrative pacing, shot composition, and visual expression while replacing products, characters, and scenes with their own assets. The company also claims Kling 4.0 delivers stable large-scale motion and complex camera movements.
The guide outlines several marketing formats, including brand videos, short social clips, explainers, product demos, customer testimonials, tutorials, and promotional videos. In a campaign walkthrough, Kling AI describes uploading product photos and visual references into its Video Generation workspace, where text prompts specify settings, product shots, model actions, camera movement, and sounds such as shoelaces tightening and footsteps.
To support different commercial goals, the platform offers tools such as an AI ad generator, a promo video maker, and commercial video production options. Kling AI states these tools support product showcases, lifestyle ads, and user-generated content style videos across consumer electronics, fashion, beauty, and social media campaigns.
The content cites a 2025 Google/Kantar study of U.S. weekly video viewers aged 18–64. That research found that 70% of viewers preferred watching a video over reading or listening when learning how to build something, while 81% agreed that YouTube creator content helps them research and discover products while shopping.
